Annual Client Survey

In line with our strong commitment to client participation, VincentCare Victoria (VCV) conducts an annual client survey to deepen our understanding of those we support.

This survey provides valuable insights into who is accessing our services, their experiences with our programs, our strengths and areas where we can further enhance our support to better meet their needs.

VCV recognises that surveying is just one of the many ways we gather client feedback, contributing to a richer, more comprehensive understanding of the client experience.
