Annual Renter Satisfaction Survey 2025

The following report presents an analysis of the 2025 VincentCare Community Housing (VCCH) Renter Satisfaction Survey.

The survey sought feedback on various aspects of housing services provided by VCCH, with a focus on renter satisfaction, communication, maintenance services, awareness of renter rights, and overall quality of the renter experience.

This year additional demographic questions were included to develop an increased understanding of how services are experienced by renters with intersecting identities and to identify any areas for improvement.  One survey was sent to each household, with a total of 270 surveys sent and 69 responses received, producing a 25% response rate. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.
