VincentCare Victoria Annual Client Survey
In line with our strong commitment to client participation, VincentCare Victoria (VCV) conducts an annual client survey to deepen our understanding of those we support.
This survey provides valuable insights into who is accessing our services, their experiences with our programs, our strengths and areas where we can further enhance our support to better meet their needs.
VCV recognises that surveying is just one of the many ways we gather client feedback, contributing to a richer, more comprehensive understanding of the client experience.

VincentCare Community Housing Annual Renter Satisfaction Survey
This annual report presents an analysis of the 2025 VincentCare Community Housing (VCCH) Renter Satisfaction Survey.
The survey sought feedback on various aspects of housing services provided by VCCH, with a focus on renter satisfaction, communication, maintenance services, awareness of renter rights, and overall quality of the renter experience.
This year additional demographic questions were included to develop an increased understanding of how services are experienced by renters with intersecting identities and to identify any areas for improvement. One survey was sent to each household, with a total of 270 surveys sent and 69 responses received, producing a 25% response rate. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.
